Cookie Policy
01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site writes to your browser. Alongside them we may use localStorage and similar mechanisms. Together they let the terminal remember your session and preferences between visits. This policy explains what we store, why, and how you stay in control.
02Why we use them
Ginachi keeps its footprint small. We use client-side storage to:
- Keep you signed in across a session
- Remember terminal preferences — theme, default pair, layout
- Protect against fraud and abuse of the feed
- Measure aggregate, anonymized usage so we can tune performance
03Strictly necessary
These keep the Service working and cannot be switched off from within the app. They handle session authentication, security tokens and load balancing. Block them at the browser level and parts of the terminal will simply stop responding.
04Preferences
These remember choices you make — which pair loads first, whether the ticker scrolls, your saved watch filters. They are a convenience; if you clear them the terminal falls back to sensible defaults.
05Analytics
We record anonymized, aggregated signals — page load times, feed latency, broad usage patterns — to find bottlenecks and keep latency under 12ms. This data is not used to identify you and is never sold.
06Third-party cookies
Some embedded components set their own cookies. The live BTC/USDT chart is served by TradingView, which may store data under its own policy. We do not control third-party cookies and recommend reviewing each provider's terms.
07Managing cookies
You are in control. You can:
- Delete existing cookies through your browser settings
- Block or limit cookies per site or globally
- Use private / incognito mode to discard them on exit
- Clear
localStoragefrom your browser's developer tools
Note that disabling strictly necessary storage will break sign-in and other core features.
08Retention
Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Preference and analytics entries persist for a limited window — typically up to twelve months — after which they expire or are refreshed on your next visit.
09Updates & contact
We may revise this policy as the terminal changes. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. Questions about cookies? Reach us at admin@ginachi.co or open a ticket via the contact channel.
