Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026 · These terms govern your use of the Ginachi terminal.

01Acceptance

By accessing the Ginachi market data terminal, its API, or any related service (together, the "Service"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, close the session and stop using the Service. Continued use is treated as ongoing acceptance.

02What the Service does

Ginachi ingests publicly available market data from trading venues, normalizes it, filters it, and streams it to you. Depending on your access level the Service may include:

Live price, volume, liquidity and spread feeds
The Ginachi Trust Index and historical comparisons
Venue rankings and cross-venue analytics
A programmatic API for integrators
Incident and status notifications

03Eligibility

To open a session you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract
Are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law or sanctions regime
Will provide accurate account information and keep it current
Will keep your credentials confidential and not share access

04Accounts & security

credentials

You are responsible for every action taken under your session. Treat your password and any API keys like private keys — do not expose them in logs, repositories or client-side code.

suspension

We may throttle, suspend or close a session that breaches these terms, abuses rate limits, endangers the integrity of the feed, or shows signs of compromise. Where practical we will tell you why.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Break any law, regulation or sanction
Infringe intellectual property or third-party rights
Transmit malware or attempt to disrupt the feed
Scrape, mirror, resell or repackage Ginachi data beyond your granted access
Probe, scan or stress-test the infrastructure without written permission

06API & rate limits

API access is subject to the rate limits and quotas tied to your plan. Exceeding them may result in throttling or temporary blocks. You must not pool credentials across users, circumvent limits, or cache and redistribute the feed in a way that competes with the Service.

07Data & intellectual property

The Ginachi software, scoring methodology, normalized datasets, brand and interface are owned by Ginachi or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Underlying market prices originate from third-party venues; we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service output for your own analysis, not for resale.

08No financial advice

Ginachi does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Everything the terminal prints — prices, scores, rankings, alerts — is informational and may be delayed or wrong. You alone are responsible for any decision you make, and you should verify data independently before acting on any tick.

09Availability & limitation of liability

We target high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Feeds may lag, gap or drop. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ginachi and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10Changes & contact
